How To Use

Taking several deep breaths while holding a bottle of pure essential oil is the simplest way to inhale. Prevent the undiluted oil from touching your skin.
You’ll need a towel and a bowl of hot water for the steam approach. After setting the bowl on a table, drizzle some essential oil over it. Cover the bowl and your head with a cloth. For a few minutes, close your eyes and take deep breaths of the steam. Several times during the day, repeat.

 

When you diffuse essential oils into the air, take into account any nearby children, pets, or expectant or nursing mothers. Certain essential oils may pose a risk.
