Processing Time

All Get Good Juju orders are handcrafted and packed with care. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey of good vibes to your doorstep.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Economy Shipping: $6.90 (0.2–2 lb) and $30 (5–10 lb) — Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days
Standard Shipping: $8.90 (0.2–1 lb) and $14.00 (1–5 lb) — Estimated delivery: 3–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal carrier volume, weather, or holidays.

🌎 Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order leaves our studio, it’s in the care of the postal carrier. While Get Good Juju is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, we want every experience to be a positive one.
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue with the carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy

We pour love and intention into every small-batch blend, and each product is made fresh just for you. For this reason, we typically do not accept returns.

That said, your satisfaction means everything to us.
If something doesn’t feel right with your order, please email us at getgoodjujuforyou@gmail.com — we’d love to hear what’s going on and see how we can make it right. Every drop of Good Juju matters, and so do you. 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5–7 business days of receiving your order. We’ll review your concern and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to purchase another product, please place a new order once your concern has been reviewed.
