How to Use

Professional Use

Created by an esthetician for estheticians, massage therapists, and wellness professionals.

In the treatment room:

  • Diffusion: Add 5–10 drops of essential oil blend per 100 mL of water in a diffuser or facial steamer. Adhere to manufacturer's directions and compatibility.

  • Massage & body treatments: Dilute to a 1–2% concentration — about 3–6 drops per ounce (30 mL) of carrier oil or unscented lotion.

  • Hot towels or steam cabinets: Add 2–4 drops to the water reservoir before adding towels to create a light aromatic infusion. Or place on a moist cotton round in hot towel cabinet.

  • Energy & chakra work: Choose blends intuitively to support your client’s energetic goals and emotional balance.

Always avoid applying undiluted essential oils to the  skin.

Home Use

Bring the spa home with a moment of calm — one drop at a time.

Diffuse: Add 3–6 drops to your home diffuser per 100 mL of water.
Inhalation: Place 1–2 drops on a tissue or your palms, cup over your nose, and breathe deeply.
Bath ritual: Blend 3–5 drops of essential oil with a tablespoon of carrier oil or an unscented bath base (never add oils directly to water).
DIY body oil or lotion: Dilute to a 1% concentration — about 3 drops per ounce (30 mL) of carrier oil or lotion.
Room or linen mist: Combine 10–20 drops of essential oil blend in 2 oz. (60 mL) of distilled water with a splash of witch hazel or solubilizer. Shake gently before each use.

Storage & Care

  • Store oils in a cool, dark place away from sunlight and heat.

  • Keep bottles tightly sealed when not in use.

  • Use glass or stainless steel containers — essential oils can degrade plastic.

  • Handle with dry hands and avoid contact with wood, fabrics, or finished surfaces.

 Safety Reminder

Essential oils are potent natural extracts. Always follow safe dilution guidelines, patch test before use, and consult a healthcare provider if pregnant, nursing, or under medical care.
