Processing & Handling Time

• Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

• Custom or handmade items may take additional time—please check product descriptions for details.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

• Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 4-10  business days (additional fees apply)

• International Shipping: Currently, we do/do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Carriers

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

• Please contact the carrier directly if there are issues with delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.

Shipping Restrictions

• Essential oils may have shipping restrictions. If so the carrier will deny & you will be refunded.

• We currently do/do not ship to  APO/FPO addresses.
