Before your first client—or whenever you need to reset—dilute No.7 to 1% in an appropriate carrier. Apply a small amount to your wrists or another appropriate pulse point. Pause. Inhale gently. Set your intention for the session ahead.
CLEAR — Reset Your Space
Diffuse No.7 between clients, patients or sessions to refresh your professional space. Let the earthy aroma of sage, palo santo, patchouli and frankincense become part of an intentional clearing ritual—without burning botanicals.
RELEASE — When a Little Bad Juju Lingers
Some appointments simply carry more energy than others. After a particularly intense or emotionally heavy session, give yourself a few moments to reset, begin diffusing No.7 and intentionally release what you don't want to carry forward.
